Acceptance and scope
These terms describe use of the Bulac Reco website. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site. A separately agreed purchase or other arrangement may have its own terms; an inquiry on this website does not create one.
Website use
Use the site for lawful browsing and inquiries. Keep your communications relevant and do not provide another person’s information without appropriate authority. If a page is unclear or appears inaccurate, contact us before relying on it.
Product information
The collection presents design concepts. Names, images, scent directions, and descriptive language do not establish final formulas, product performance, certifications, or individual suitability. Request current details for the exact available item and follow the label supplied with an actual product.
Pricing and availability
Displayed USD prices are indicative. They are not final quotes or confirmations of stock. Before agreeing to a purchase, confirm the actual item, quantity, final price, and applicable delivery or other amounts.
Orders
There is no cart or order acceptance on this website. Choosing a quantity and requesting availability prepares an inquiry. Any ordering arrangement must be confirmed separately with the business.
Payment processing
This website does not process payments or collect financial credentials. Do not send bank card details through the form or by email. Ask for the appropriate method for a separately confirmed transaction.
Shipping
Destinations, processing, delivery methods, charges, and estimates need confirmation for the specific arrangement. A product image or business address is not a delivery promise. Read Shipping & Returns for questions to clarify before purchasing.
Returns and exchanges
Contact us before sending an item and ask for the terms that apply to the purchase. This website does not create a fixed return window or an unconditional exchange promise. Applicable rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
The website’s original brand artwork, imagery, text, and presentation are protected where applicable. Do not copy or commercially reuse material without permission unless the law allows it. Third-party names and linked materials remain associated with their respective owners.
User conduct
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the contact details to send abusive or unlawful communications.
Third-party services
Hosting, access controls, email applications, and external links involve independent services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. A resource link does not make the linked service a partner or place it under our control.
General care information
Journal content provides general educational information. It does not diagnose a condition, recommend treatment for an individual, or guarantee a response to a product. Stop using an item if it causes irritation and seek appropriate professional advice for persistent or concerning symptoms.
Website availability and warranties
Information and access may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Confirm product and commercial details directly before relying on them. This statement does not exclude any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Responsibility and applicable rights
Responsibility for a particular issue depends on applicable law and the circumstances. Nothing in these terms seeks to remove consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived, or to impose an unlimited exclusion of liability.
Governing law and changes
Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections govern use of this website and any separately agreed arrangement. Review the terms provided with a proposed purchase before accepting it. Updated website terms are published on this page when the site changes.
